Private Charters

Private boat excursions are our customers favorite. Whether you want to cruise the waters of Tampa Bay with your girls for a Bachlorette party or you want to set up your next corporate event, Tampa Bay Fun Boat will make it a memorable experience. Are you thinking about a day at Beer Can Island? We go there too!
We have a bathroom on board and you are welcome to bring a small cooler with your own beverages. Alcohol is okay with a valid ID. No Cork Fee!
Private Hourly Charters
Choose your start and end time as long as it is available.
- Choose the route for your private event as long as it is legal and accessible during your chosen start and end time.
- Our pick-up location is at the Tampa Center Marina entrance located in front of the Sail Pavilion Bar. Other nearby locations are possible, but would need to be confirmed ahead of time.
- Your event is for your guests only.
- We provide free bottled water.
- Alcohol is allowed as long as persons drinking are 21 or older. There are no corkage fees on our boat.
- Food can be brought on-board however, no cooking is permitted.
- Music can be played via Bluetooth through our sound system.
- The Captain, Deckhand, gas and bottled water are all included.
- You may have up to 35 people in your group. The pricing is the same whether you have 1 person or 35. Children of any age count towards your 35-passenger capacity.
The cost for a private charter is $400 for the first hour, $300 for each additional hour, plus sales tax, 10% private charter service charge and 10% cleaning fee. Time after 10pm is an additional $100 per hour on top of normal rates.
Pine Key/Beer Can Island Private Charters
This is done only as a private charter trip for you and your guests. We do not offer a public taxi service to the island.
- Five hours is provided for this trip as it is approximately one hour each way. Hours can be chosen as long as they are between 10am – 5pm.
- Our pick up is at the Tampa Convention Center Marina entrance located in front of the Sail Pavilion Bar. Other nearby locations are possible, but would need to be confirmed ahead of time.
- Your event is for your guests only.
- We will provide free bottled water.
- Alcohol is allowed as long as persons drinking are 21 or older. There are no corkage fees on our boat.

Fantasy Island Private Charter
For those that want to just take a quick dip in the water. This island is not an island you walk on but you hang out at by boat.
- A minimum 3 hours is needed for this trip as it is approximately 45 minutes each way. Hours can be chosen as long as they are between 10am – 5pm.
- Our pick up is at the Tampa Convention Center Marina entrance located in front of the Sail Pavilion Bar. Other nearby locations are possible, but would need to be confirmed ahead of time.
- Your event is for your guests only.
- We will provide free bottled water.
- Alcohol is allowed as long as persons drinking are 21 or older. There are no corkage fees on our boat.

*NOTE: Please allow plenty of time to locate a parking spot or utilize the parking garage located at 141 E. Brorein Street, Tampa, FL 33602. Once inside the parking garage, use the exit doors that say Tampa Convention Center. They will bring you to Channelside and S. Franklin St. Continue walking South on S. Franklin and the boat will be in the marina behind the Tampa Convention Center on your right side. We are at the seawall directly in front of the Sail Pavilion bar at the entrance to the marina.
