Yep, you are welcome to bring snacks on our public tours.

We do not provide food or make any stops for food.

We are absolutely pet friendly. We love pets and love having them on the Tampa Bay Fun Boat.

We are wheelchair accessible, however, please call in advance to discuss the best possible tour time, as tides affect boarding. We are at a seawall so we rise and lower with the tides.

Yes, you can bring your own alcoholic beverage. Even better, we do not charge you a cork fee.

Nope, it’s on the house! There’s never corkage fees on the Tampa Bay Fun Boat.

No but you can see a lot of them at any apartment complex in the area at night, for FREE!

Unfortunately no but if you find someone that does do it within 1 hour, let us know so we can get in on the action.

No, there is only one sunset cruise per day.

The Tampa Bay Fun Boat is 36 foot long and fits 35 passengers.

Our 36 foot deck boat will fit 35 passengers.

Threats of a bad review against the staff have never gotten their money back.

You bet there is! The Tampa Bay Fun Boat comes equipped with one restroom below deck.

From Bradenton, Sarasota, Venice, Ft. Myers, Ft. Lauderdale, Miami, Naples:
– Take I-75 North to I-4 West to I-275 Junction.
– Exit 45A.
– Follow signs for Tampa Street.
– Stay in the middle lane and enter the Tampa Convention Center Garage.

From St. Petersburg & Clearwater:
– Take I-275North.
– Exit 44.
– Follow signs for Tampa Street.
– Stay in the middle lane and enter the Tampa Convention Center Garage.

From Orlando, Lakeland, Plant City, Daytona, Jacksonville:
– Take I-4 West to Tampa to I-275 Junction.
– Exit 45A.
– Follow signs for Tampa Street. Stay in the middle lane and enter the Tampa Convention Center Garage.

From Brandon & Riverview:
– Take Highway 618 West (Toll Road Requires Sunpass or “We Bill You Program through Tampa Hillsborough Expressway Authority) to Exit 7 Downtown West
– West on Brorein Street past Tampa Street.
– Turn left into the parking garage (just past Tampa Street).

From Ocala & Gainesville:
– Take I-75 South to I-275 Junction.
– Exit 45A.
– Follow signs for Tampa Street. Stay in the middle lane and enter the Tampa Convention Center Garage.

****PUBLIC TOUR CANCELLATIONS**** – If you are not able to re-book for another day, we ask that you give 24 hours’ notice. Groups of 10 or more should give 48 hours’ notice. Reservations with less than 3 hours’ notice will only be provided with a credit for future use. There will be no re-bookings or refunds allowed with less than one hours’ notice or if you miss the boat.

****PRIVATE CHARTER CANCELLATIONS****
All cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks before the scheduled charter date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 2 weeks from the scheduled charter date will receive a refund of 50% of the deposit. We will not provide a refund for charters with less than 7 days’ notice. This is also in your signed contract.

****CANCELLATION DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER****
Our Captain has many years of expertise and will decide when and if a trip needs to be cancelled for the safety of our passengers. Weather forecasts can be wrong and can change, so it is important to trust our Captain’s experience. If the Captain chooses to cancel a Public Tour or Private Charter due to severe or unsafe weather, HE WILL CALL YOU and we will provide you with an option to re-book your tour on a different time or day (subject to availability) or provide you with a full refund. There is no set time that we cancel. The captain can cancel for weather at any time including while on a tour for the safety of the staff and passengers. If you are concerned about the weather, you can cancel up to 3 hours before and still get a full refund.

No. We have other guests who have made it on time and are waiting to leave at the scheduled departure time. Remember there are no refunds if you miss the boat.

Yes, you’re going on a boat so inevitably, water is part of the tour.
